Purposes of use
The purposes for which personal information obtained from the Form may be used by the Company are prescribed as follows. Personal information obtained by the Company shall be managed appropriately pursuant to Company rules and regulations.
- Services relating to Deep Japan ambassadors and liaison associated with such services.
- Introduction of services suitable for registrants.
Providing information to a third party
There may be times when, prior to a request for Deep Japan ambassador services, personal information obtained from the Form will be provided by email or such like only to Deep Japan clients. The purpose is to select registrants who will be requested to provide such services.
Outsourcing
The Company may outsource the handling of all or part of the personal information obtained from the Form to an entity to the extent required to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, the Company will confirm that the entity meets the privacy standards prescribed by the Company, and conclude an agreement with the entity regarding the handling of the personal information. The Company will also exercise the necessary and appropriate ongoing supervision over the entity.

However, there may be cases where the Company is not permitted to disclose personal information pursuant to laws and regulations.
