You will be lucky to find a hospital with good English support in Tokyo. Good hospitals are everywhere in Tokyo but only the larger ones will have English support. However, there is no problem if you access this page:

This site is made to provide foreign patients with medical informaiton in Tokyo in English. You can search for any hospital in Tokyo. In case you cannot find one, there is a phone number you can call for assistance in English. If you are having language difficulties at a hospital, there is also another number you can call for interpretation. Keep this site as a bookmark before you come to Japan in case of a medical emergency!
