I recommend to try some tasty tuna salad rolls! They are usually called "Salad maki" in Japanese. They are somewhat healthy, kid-friendly and safe to eat (not raw fish).
They use Japanese mayonnaise (Famous one is"Kewpie Mayonnaise." It has a very creamy texture. Very rich flavor. Great on Salads) and taste great! I personally love raw fish sushi, but I always order some tuna salad rolls whenever I go to sushi restaurants. :-)
