How to Get the Freshest Sushi in Japan!

One tip I think you should know is to try and avoid taking sushi from the conveyer belt and order it directly with the sushi chef instead. Although its fun to take sushi from the conveyer belt, ordering it directly from the “sushi master” will ensure what you get is the freshest sushi possible. Some sushi places will have paper on the table where you write the name of the sushi you want and pass it to the waitress but it is usually ok to just order directly with the chef. Make sure the expensive ones you order always come from the chef!
