Casual Waterfront Lunch or Dinner in Yokohama
Babel Bayside Kitchen
Babel Bayside Kitchen is a craft beer and wine charcoal grill located in Yokohama Station's Bay Quarter (SOGO side). They've been serving delicious foods and drinks to all types of customers since April, 2013.
In addition to their wonderful dishes, Babel Bayside Kitchen also boasts a prime waterfront location. The Sea Bass Yokohama Station East Exit point sits just below Babel's outdoor terrace. With ample seating, your dining experience will be enhanced by the beautiful backdrop of Yokohama Pier and Minato Mirai lit up against either day or nighttime sky.
They have a wide-ranging menu that they change seasonally. Four pages offer everything from tapas and appetizers, salads and cheese plates, to oven and fried dishes, and of course grilled seafood and meat. The foods pair splendidly with the Japanese and American craft beers they serve. Wine, cocktails and numerous non-alcoholic drinks are also, of course, available.
Babel Bayside Kitchen has a relaxing feel-good atmosphere waiting to be experienced. It’s the perfect place for an after-work get together or a quiet romantic date. Its spacious interior is decorated in woods and brick walls, and features three wide-screen TVs, although your stare will no doubt be on the illuminated skyline and the boats sailing by.
Highly recommended. And, of course, tell them that Lee sent you!
