Il Cavallo is a bit hidden away on the 3rd floor of Tokyo Design Center Building, but access is easy as it's right in front of exit #7 of Gotanda Station.

Set lunches range from 1,050 to 4,000 yen. I had the Pranzo B which included a choice of soup of antipasto and a main course (pork on the day I was there) with a very generous portion of grilled fresh vegetables. Coffee is extra (300 yen).

Dinner a la carte or set course (2700 - 4500 yen).

Nice jazz music in the background and the clientele seem to be the refined type who are not shouting across the tables.

Lunch from 11:30 - 14:00
Dinner from 18:00 - last order at 21:30
Closed on Sunday and national holidays

They also do party reservations.
