Home of the Emperor of Japan, Ornate Edo Castle

The Most Beautiful Castle in Japan

I think the best way to access this area is from Yurakucho station. It is an open area that used to be the Edo Castle. It is now home to the Emperor but you can see the remains of the buildings, the moat is huge and if you are really lucky you might actually witness a dignitary visiting the Emperor in a horse driven carriage! Here is a link to give some photos and exact location of this historical Tokyo area. http://www.japanese-castle-explorer.com/castle_profile.html?name=Edo
