Sumida Park

There are about 640 Sakura trees on both sides of Sumida River. It is fun to walk along the river or ride a Hanami boat and see from the river.

Chomeiji Sakuramochi

In Sakura season, there is a long line to buy sweets at Chomeiji Sakuramochi, mochi stuffed with red bean paste covered with a leaf of Sakura.
The shop is located near Sakurabashi bridge in Sumida-ku, 10 minutes walk from Asakusa station.
