February, US Black History Month
February is Black History Month in the US. The Pink Cow was the first place in Tokyo and has been celebrating African-American History Month for 10 years now! We are very proud of the contributions of African-Americans to our rich US culture and history and want to share some of that with people from all over! We will have special food, great music & people and enjoy some culture, whether if is new or your own! Please check out some of these very special events this year on facebook or on our website at www.thepinkcow.com!
February First Fridays & Special Literary Evening!
Tokyo Black Professionals will be hosting a special Literary evening featuring authors Stefhen Bryan and Baye McNeil reading from their books and speaking. Along with Chef Andy’s Fabulous Friday Feast buffet night!
Doodu Boy Broadway Performance Debuts in Japan!
This is a really special theatre opportunity in Tokyo! Just off Broadway, Stefhen Bryan is bringing his aclaimed one man show to The Pink Cow in Tokyo! It is a rare opportunity to see a writer perform his own Broadway production personally in such an intimate setting as well as have the opportunity to get books signed and talk to him as well. Advance sales tickets will be given priority seating and seating will be limited so we recommend getting tickets in advance!
