Enospa Sojourn Part 2: “To Enoshima Island Spa: a breathe of scented airs”

“There's nothing worse than a limp jaccuji”

The whole of Enoshima Island Spa has been designed in a curvature minded sense. No straight lines or stiff rectangular changing rooms to re-activate traumatic schooldays memories. Quite the contrary, all the corridors and four floors of Enoshima Island Spa (nicknamed "Enospa") you follow a flowing line like the mineral-riche, warm water itself. With aromatic scents for all, wherever you are is relaxing.

The locker rooms are impeccably clean, with plenty of good sized lockers and bright grooming areas furbished with all the grooming accessories at hand you'll need when later, and somewhat reluctantly, its time to get ready to get changed back into your street clothes again.

The pool, hot tub and jacuzzi are conveniently located on the whole 4th floor which makes it smoothly easy to go for a good swim first, then step from pool to hot tub which was worthy of its's name - there is nothing worse than a limp chilly jacuzzi - the hot tub here is wonderfully hot, chillies may be hotter but who wants to wallow in chilly? The water jets were massages in themselves and anything but limp, the jets were a superbly invigorating and strong. By careful positioning yourself back against the water jets it like getting a really good back and shoulders massage. There are many types and various styles. My partner chose to experience the Signature Massage" (more to come in Enospa Sojourn Part 3) ...
