How do Japanese people eat different, interesting cuts of meats?

Shabu Shabu is totally delicious..have to try it once you are in Japan

There are mainly sliced beef and pork in the the super market, they are used for cooking Shabu Shabu or Yakiniku. If you are kind of adventurous for the teste.. then you will definitely enjoy the soft texture and juicy taste of sliced meet when they are cooked in the boiling broth and dip in the delicious sauce.

Most of the sliced beef can be used for Sukiyaki too which is very popular during the winter time. There is kind of thick sliced pork which can be used for Tonkasu which is very common dish among Japanese. Those cute and small cut of pork can be used for stir fry and sweet and sour pork.
