In Japan, there are many second-hand apparel shops. As you have seen, girls & boys in Tokyo are very on-time fashioned, with high-end brands.
So, when the season is off, you will most probably be able to find them at a second-hand shops or flea markets.
You will be able to find from shoes, bags, t-shirts, jeans... even your US University sweatshirts! in a really clean, good status, and price.
The well-known second hand shop for high-end brand bags would be the DAIKOKUYA. And if you are looking for a more limited edition apparels would be at Shimokitazawa station!
