Here's a nice list

There are hotels all over Tokyo, but it might be good to have an idea of where you want to go, or be situated in before you show up in downtown with all of your luggage. It can be quite frustrating to not have a hotel in mind. After all, who wants to wander around only to find a hotel in the area is full, our not to your liking?

If you are indeed a bit picky in terms of quality (and there's nothing wrong with that, this is Tokyo after all!), you may want to check from a nice list of some of the nicer hotels in the Tokyo area.
